JOHN REDDINGTON - Director / Sales

John started in accountancy before joining Mars where he learnt sales
and marketing techniques. Moved to Akai as Field Sales Manager.
Joined Harman International as UK Sales Manager and was promoted
to UK Sales Director in 1979.

1982 head hunted to become Managing Director of Ortofon UK and after
seven years formed his own Management Consultancy, JR Associates.
1996 became shareholder and Director of Alphason Designs. Sold to
Armour Group in 2006.

NICK ALSBURY - Director / Sales

Started his career at Currys where he became their youngest Store
Manager before moving to Lasky's as Hi-fi and Accessories Buyer.
Joined Ortofon UK as Area Sales Manager before promotion to National
Accounts Manager.

Formed his own Sales Consultancy in 1994 and worked as Senior
Account Specialist with both JVC and Alphason Designs.

Nick is a senior TV presenter for consumer electronics products at QVC

MALCOLM MARSHALL – Director / Retail Training

Malcolm has 40 years experience in the electrical retail trade in a variety of
senior roles. He is a Retail Consultant advising retailers, distributors and
manufacturers on strategy and management issues.

Spent ten years as a Council Member of RETRA and served as President
in 2002 and sits on the judging panel for ERT Awards. He is well known
throughout the CE Industry for his professionalism and integrity.

COLIN DOBSON – Director / Design and Merchandising

Colin is a design, merchandising and marketing specialist and is Managing
Director of M4 Design, the company he founded in 1976.

Starting his career in advertising then moved to Hoover as Design Manager
then Barclays Bank International as Merchandising Officer handling
major sponsorships.

M4 Design has worked continually in the consumer electronics industry
for 35 years with such names as Rowenta, Hoover, Euronics, Admiral,
Philips, Maytag, Alphason Designs, Hitachi, Canon, Samsung, Sony,
Sharp and Vogel's.
